VAM is delighted to launch the Strawberry & Tea monthly concert series!
Strawberry & Tea is designed to celebrate the joy of music-making at every stage, these concerts highlight the talents of our students across all ages, instruments, and experience levels. We warmly invite our VAM students to share their music on stage in a supportive and inspiring environment.

TERMS OF SUBMISSION
Submission process
1. Submissions are first come, first serve and must be made by a teacher.
2. Participants must be registered in VAM private lessons (minimum 9 per term) for the instrument on which they perform. VAM group classes, including chamber music groups, may register as an ensemble.
3. You will receive an automated email when the form is submitted successfully, and a second email from VAM Administration when the student is confirmed to play in the concert. If you have not received these two emails, you are not registered and therefore unable to perform.

Length requirements
The maximum performance time for each student is 8 minutes.
You may submit multiple pieces/movements as long as they are under 8 minutes in total.
To promote enhanced public speaking skills, each performer is welcome to announce their name, repertoire selection and accompanist (if applicable) before their performance.
No video recording services will be supported during the concerts.

Declination of Submissions:
VAM administration reserves the right to decline submissions if the student has been absent without excuse for previous concerts if any of the terms stated herein are not followed, if the concert has already reached capacity (e.g., if a concert is filled outside the regular office hours of staff monitoring submissions and the form is not yet updated), or for any case deemed appropriate by VAM administration. Notice of declination will be sent promptly when the issue comes to the administration’s attention.
