Take this chance to request a brand new video performance from a participating faculty member of your choice. Upon receipt of your request, the faculty member will record and share their performance video of a maximum 5-minutes length.
There will be a cost of $100 for each video performance, and the full amount will go to the performing faculty member. To begin the process, simply fill out the form below with the necessary information, provide payment details, and submit your request.
