Dear chamber music coaches, please complete and submit the sign-up form for each group that would like to perform on December 6.

Sign-up submission deadline: November 22, 2026; 11:59pm

Guidelines:

  • Each group will be allotted a maximum of 15 minutes for their performance.
  • Please select one student from each group to introduce their group and piece during the concert.
  • Students will be required to stay for the duration of the concert.
  • Should a page-turner be required, groups are responsible for arranging for one.
