Chamber Music Program Concert

Dear coaches, please complete and submit the sign-up form for each group that would like to perform on May 18.

Guidelines:
- Each group will be allotted a maximum of 15 minutes for their performance.
- Please select one student from each group to introduce their group and piece during the concert.
- Students will be required to stay for the duration of the concert.
- Should a page-turner be required, groups are responsible for arranging for one.
