How to Apply
For Singers
- Prepare two contrasting pieces (aria, art song, or oratorio)
- Perform in two different languages
For Pianists
- Prepare two arias of contrasting styles and languages
- You may either:
a. Sing and play yourself, or
b. Arrange to play with a singer
Note: This is not a vocal audition. We’re evaluating your collaborative and coaching skills, not your singing voice.
Applicants should email a resume and a video:
- Resume should include:
o any musical and theatrical experience
o education degrees and certifications
o industry people with whom you’ve worked
o other information you’d like to share with us about your musical journey
- Videos should:
o be a live recording of your singing or playing within the past 12 months
o be recorded as single takes without edits
o Phone or Tablet recordings are fine, no need to be fancy.
o be uploaded to YouTube
Successful video applications will be contacted for an online meet and chat, after which they will be invited to register.
Please note that application and registration are ongoing, and are filled on a first-come-first-served registration basis.
