Cello Seminar & Aldo Parisot Cello Ensemble - Vancouver Academy of Music

This is a full-year program, running from September to June

Led by VAM’s Professor of Cello, Henry Shapard, each session will see cello students engaging in a technique class, masterclass, and cello ensemble playing as the Aldo Parisot Cello Ensemble (APCE).

At the end of the fall and spring semesters, APCE will collaborate with the Junior Cello Seminar to present a winter concert and an end-of-year spring concert.

This program is recommended for advanced students as well as intermediate students who are keen on quickly developing their skills.

To apply, complete the application form below and submit a video of two contrasting works by September 11 (piano accompaniment not required).
