Class Description: Join us for a day of flute celebration, headlined by Dr. Elizabeth Buck from Arizona State University! Experience a captivating recital and insightful masterclass. Participate in a vibrant flute choir reading with Thomas Law (VAM faculty and director of Cap flute choir) , and delve into the psychology of peak performance with Diane Rizzardo (Metrotown Sports Physio) and Robyn Klassen (VAM head of Voice). Plus, explore a comprehensive flute exhibition with Burkart Flutes and Kim Juren Flute Repair. From 9:30 AM to 6 PM, immerse yourself in all things flute on April 13th at the Vancouver Academy of Music!Fest Schedule

11:00 am - Unleash Your Inner Champion: Performance Psychology VS. Sports Psychology
Led by Diane Rizzzardo (Metrotown sports physio) and Robyn Klassen (VAM, Head of Voice Department)

Open-door classes allow the exploration of the various programs VAM has to offer and student concerts throughout the day showcase the wide variety of achievements over the past academic year.
