Free admission: Principal trumpet with the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, Paul Merkelo is renowned as one of the finest trumpet players of his generation. Mr. Merkolo is on faculty at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara and McGill University, is on the board of directors for the Youth Orchestra of the Americas (Canada), and is the founder of the Paul Merkelo scholarship.
